3. MVP Development & Timelines
- MVP delivery timelines (e.g., 4 weeks) are estimated and depend on project scope, timely feedback, and client cooperation.
- Delays caused by lack of communication, delayed content, or scope changes may impact delivery timelines.
4. Pricing & Payments
- MVP development prices start from AED 6,500 and may vary based on features and complexity.
- Final pricing is confirmed before project initiation.
- Payments must be made as agreed (advance or milestone-based).
- Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information and requirements
- Share feedback and approvals in a timely manner
- Ensure you have the right to use any content (logos, text, data) you provide
Delays or issues arising from incomplete or incorrect information are not our responsibility.
6. Intellectual Property & Ownership
- Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final delivered MVP/source code, unless otherwise agreed.
- The Startup Valley reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio for marketing purposes unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
7. Revisions & Scope Changes
- Minor revisions within the agreed scope are included.
- Any additional features or changes outside the original scope may result in additional cost and timeline adjustments.
8. Confidentiality
We respect your startup idea and business information. Any confidential data shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties, except when required by law or with your consent.
9. Third-Party Tools & Services
We may use third-party tools, platforms, or APIs during development. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations imposed by third-party providers.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Startup Valley is not liable for:
- Business losses, revenue loss, or missed opportunities
- Market failure of the startup or MVP
- Any indirect or consequential damages
Our responsibility is limited to the services provided as agreed.
11. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Payment obligations are not met
- There is misuse of services or violation of these terms
- Client behavior is abusive or unethical
